At H2U SPORTS CO, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
We recommend that you review our Warranty and Returns Policy prior to purchasing, so you understand your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) and the coverage we offer. We also encourage you to inspect any products upon receipt to ensure they meet your expectations and are free from defects.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES
As a consumer, you are entitled to guarantees under the ACL for products or services purchased from H2U SPORTS CO. If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description, or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. However, consumer guarantees do not apply if the product was damaged due to misuse, neglect or abnormal use.
To process any claim, proof of purchase is required (e.g., receipt, bank statement). We may also need to send the product to the manufacturer for assessment.
Minor faults: we may choose to repair, replace, or refund.
Major faults: you may choose a replacement or full refund.
Products must be assessed by H2U SPORTS CO before any remedy is approved. We reserve the right to decline a claim if the fault is found to be due to misuse or neglect.
Please note: Items sent to us are at the customer’s risk. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
CRICKET BAT – IMPORTANT NOTES
Cricket bats are made from natural willow. Cracks and wear over time are expected and do not necessarily indicate a defect. Proper preparation and maintenance are essential to extend the life of your bat.
We recommend using protective measures such as toe guards or facing.
A higher price bat is often softer and lighter – offering better performance but potentially shorter lifespan.

EXCLUSIONS
Warranty does not apply in the following cases:
Inadequate bat preparation or maintenance
Water, heat or moisture damage
Use with bowling machines or non-leather balls
Excessive oiling
Toe damage from yorkers
Normal wear and tear, surface dents, marks, etc.
Changes in appearance that don’t affect performance
Modified or tampered products
Unauthorised repairs
MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM
To lodge a claim:

Replacements do not reset the warranty period – they carry the remainder of the original warranty.
