Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If the failure is minor, we reserve the right to offer repair only.

You are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if:

  • You simply changed your mind or found the product cheaper elsewhere.

  • The product fault resulted from misuse or neglect.

  • You were aware of the issue before purchasing.

  • You requested the service in a way against our advice.

Faulty Product Returns

If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 48 hours. You may need to provide images or further information for assessment. If a defect is confirmed, we’ll repair, replace, or refund the item.

If the issue is found not to be a defect or the item is out of warranty, we’ll contact you to discuss return or disposal options at your cost.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow usage instructions does not qualify as a defect.

Change of Mind Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days for a store credit or exchange, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original, saleable condition

  • In original packaging with tags, accessories, hygiene stickers (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an exchange item differs in value, we may request payment or provide a credit difference.

Gift cards, bonus items or bundled products must also be returned. Refunds will be adjusted if any parts are missing.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Items damaged or missing parts

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Used compression gear, socks, guards, or briefs

  • Customised orders or prepared cricket bats

  • BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) merchant fees

  • Gift vouchers

Returned items are your responsibility until received. Damaged returns due to shipping are not our liability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, H2U SPORTS CO is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use this website or third-party content;

  • Errors or inaccuracies in website material;

  • Transmission of viruses or other harmful content;

  • Delays or failures beyond our control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our maximum liability is limited to:

  • Resupply of goods or services; or

  • Refund of the purchase amount.

Termination and Variation

We reserve the right to terminate your access to this site if you breach these Terms. We may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the website, you agree to be bound by any updates.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria.
